These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Aslan Arlo Puzzle (the "App"), provided by ALICECO AI Yazılım Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Aliceco," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Türkiye. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use the App, you accept these Terms on the child's behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store rules (Apple App Store or Google Play).
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App or any of its content, except as permitted by applicable law.
The App and all of its content — including the Aslan Arlo character, artwork, puzzles, graphics, sounds, and code — are owned by ALICECO AI Yazılım Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALICECO AI Yazılım Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend the license granted in these Terms if you violate them. You may end the agreement at any time by deleting the App.
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), ALICECO AI Yazılım Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Aliceco," "biz" veya "bize") tarafından sunulan Aslan Arlo Puzzle mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı bir çocuğun kullanmasına izin veren ebeveyn veya veli iseniz, bu Koşulları çocuk adına kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Uygulamayı; sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda, kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amaçlarıyla, bu Koşullara ve ilgili uygulama mağazası kurallarına (Apple App Store veya Google Play) uygun olarak kullanmanız için size kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında; Uygulamayı veya içeriğini kopyalamamayı, değiştirmemeyi, dağıtmamayı, satmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı ve türev çalışmalar oluşturmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Uygulama ve tüm içeriği — Aslan Arlo karakteri, çizimler, yapbozlar, grafikler, sesler ve kod dahil — ALICECO AI Yazılım Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti. veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur; açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, ALICECO AI Yazılım Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti.; Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan veya bununla bağlantılı dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulamayı ve bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde verilen lisansı sonlandırabilir veya askıya alabiliriz. Uygulamayı silerek sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz.
