This Privacy Policy describes how ALICECO AI Yazılım Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Aliceco," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Türkiye, handles information in connection with the mobile application Aslan Arlo Puzzle (the "App").
The short version: Aslan Arlo Puzzle does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The App works entirely offline.
We do not collect any information. Specifically, the App:
Game progress (such as completed puzzles and settings) is stored only locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Aslan Arlo Puzzle is designed for children and families. We take children's privacy seriously and have built the App to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions concerning children, Apple's Kids Category guidelines, and the Google Play Families Policy.
Because the App collects no data at all, no personal information is ever collected from children. The App contains no advertising, no external links without a parental gate, no social features, and no communication features.
The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics providers that collect data.
Since we do not collect any data, we have nothing to share or sell. We do not share or sell any user data to third parties.
Under privacy laws such as Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), the GDPR, and the CCPA, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. Because the App does not collect any personal data, there is no data held by us to access, correct, or delete. Locally stored game progress can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App. For any KVKK/GDPR request, you can contact us at admin@aliceco.com.tr; requests are answered within 30 days.
If we ever change how the App handles data — for example, in a future update — we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the effective date above. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) m. 11, GDPR ve CCPA gibi gizlilik mevzuatı kapsamında kişisel verilerinize ilişkin erişim, düzeltme ve silme gibi haklarınız bulunabilir. Uygulama hiçbir kişisel veri toplamadığı için tarafımızda erişilecek, düzeltilecek veya silinecek bir veri bulunmamaktadır. Cihazda yerel olarak saklanan oyun ilerlemesi, Uygulamayı silerek istediğiniz zaman kaldırılabilir. KVKK/GDPR kapsamındaki talepleriniz için admin@aliceco.com.tr adresine başvurabilirsiniz; başvurular 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. KVKK Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır (kvkk.gov.tr).
Uygulamanın veri işleme şekli gelecekte bir güncellemeyle değişirse, bu Gizlilik Politikasını günceller ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini yenileriz. Uygulamanın gelecekteki bir sürümü çocuklardan herhangi bir veri toplayacak olursa, bunu yapmadan önce yasaların gerektirdiği şekilde bildirimde bulunur ve doğrulanabilir ebeveyn onayı alırız.
